A couple of weeks ago, I received an anonymous package in the mail. Inside was a copy of the book Mobile Mansions by Douglas Keister, with a warm sentiment and a gentle push taped to the cover:
I wanted to see from the tracking information if I could figure out who might have sent it… and all I found was that it was delivered from a post office near Penn Station in Manhattan. Ah well, some mysteries are better left unsolved. Whoever you are – thank you so much! You’ve inspired me right back. The book’s got a bunch of specimens I’d love to see in the flesh and have me daydreaming.
